Week of the Young Child

 
Week of the Young Child is an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the world’s largest early childhood education association.  The purpose of the Week of the Young Child is to focus public attention on the needs of young children, their families and to recognize the early childhood programs providing services to them.  We will have a week full of fun activities and themes for the children
Monday, April 23^rd through Friday, April 27^th. Below you will find a list of the week’s activities.
 Monday: Crazy Hair and/or Crazy Hat Day
 Tuesday: Silly Dress Day (mismatch colors, clothes and socks, backwards clothes, etc. Get creative!)
 Wednesday: Pajama Day & Art & Sensory Workshop (Messy Exploration!)
 Thursday: Pajama Day & Art & Sensory Workshop (Messy Exploration!)
 Friday: School Spirit Day (School-T-Shirt or The Color Green)
