Today the preschool classrooms went on a field trip to Irvine Regional Park and the Pumpkin Patch!
The children took a train ride through beautiful Irvine Regional Park where they got to see peacocks and ducks beautiful scenery. They also went on a hayride around the park and then walked through the pumpkin patch and saw two big pumpkins, one of which weighed about 1,240 pounds! Each child then got to pick a pumpkin, which they will incorporate into their classroom curriculum including STEM activities (Science, technology, engineering, and math), art, and more! Then they will decorate it at our family Fall Festival!
