We visited The Children’s Museum in the city of La Habra. During our visit we explored the Nature Walk room where “stuffed” wild animals are displayed. We explored by using our senses such as seeing, touching and hearing wild life sounds from Africa, Pacific and Southern California. Some of us had the opportunity to see live animals. Some of us visited the Science Station where we discovered dinosaur fossils at the digging site. We explored the Theater Gallery, lightning, sound effects, costumes, scripts and a microphone to help make us stars. We also had the opportunity to visit the stage where we dressed up in costumes then sang and performed. We also explored the Train room where we watched the trains on display go by the tiny town.
